Door barrier
Maximum security and flexibility of use: the press-fit or pivoting door barrier combines these two advantages.
Depending on the type of mounting you choose, you get either a fixed protective barrier, providing long-term protection against child-endangered areas, or a pivoting barrier that opens, easy to use.
Use as a fixed protective barrier, without a wall:
Simple assembly without perçage : the door barrier is supplied with retaining shells. These are glued into the opening with extra-strong, double-sided adhesive pads (included) and the barrier simply wedged between the pads. In this way, the barrier is stably installed in the passageway and all danger zones are quickly and reliably secured. With this type of assembly, the barrier cannot be opened but can only be completely removed by pulling it out of the retaining shells. Note: The adhesive pads adhere reliably and securely to all smooth surfaces (e.g. wood, plastic). On rough surfaces, such as plaster, it is recommended that holes are drilled in the retaining shells.
Use as a wall-mounted swivel barrier:
Simple assembly, no need to drill a hole: If the barrier needs to be able to pivot, then the assembly is as follows: two retaining shells are fixed to one of the sides of the passage opening, either by drilling or with adhesive pads (incl.) (description see above). On the other side of the opening are two swivel fittings, into which the barrier is simply hooked.
